Ohio Limited Term Driver Education Online
Applicants under 21 and certain applicants age 21 or older seeking an initial Ohio Limited Term Driver License must complete approved driver education. This 24-hour online course fulfills the instructional portion. Additional behind-the-wheel training and supervised practice are required unless an exemption applies. Ohio Limited Term Driver Education
Ohio requires beginning drivers under 21 and most applicants age 21 or older seeking an initial Limited Term Driver License to complete approved driver education. Certain applicants may qualify for an exemption under Ohio law.
Our course provides the required 24 hours of online instruction. Applicants who must complete the full driver training process also need eight hours of behind-the-wheel instruction and 50 hours of supervised practice driving, including 10 hours at night.
